How do I Signup for Operations?
We provide an calendar for all INC members and in-game members to use. This can be found under the SWTOR section on the Menu bar or by going to http://ops.inc-gaming-clan.com.
You'll need to register on our forum in order to be able to use it (the permissions are tied in with the forum accounts) and you can then create your characters within the site.
Be Prepared and Ready
Show up for all Operations on time whether they are progression Ops or farming for comms. You should be spec'd and geared for the role you have choosen. All your gear should be repaired and make sure you have enough consumables to last you the evening.
Please try and make sure you are ready at least 15 mintues before any Operation starts. If you are unable to do so then you should notify a Swtor Officer or the member Leading the Operation that you maybe late.
Operation Invites
We will start invites 15 mintues before the Operation start time.
Loot Drops
In order to ensure everyone has a fair chance at gearing up their characters and making use of the loot drops the following rules are in place. These are not new rules and have always been in place with the only new addition being the exception listed at the bottom. This also puts a priority on being able to clear further content rather than profit generation - for the good of the guild.
Normal behavior regardless of activity :-
NEED:
You may only need on the item if you are using it to gear up the character you are on. If it is a crafting material everyone should need on the item.
GREED:
You may greed on any item that you wish to have. This is what you should select if you intend to use all or part of the item for the purposes of profit generation, gearing up other characters/legacy transfer, companion gearing, selling.
PASS:
If you have no desire to sell the item or use it, you may elect to pass on the item.
Exceptions to the normal rules above:
If the raid leader has requested that you swap to a different character due to mechanics and this is not the character you wish to be gearing up, you may state that you wish to NEED on items for the character you were on previously. If this is the case you are not permitted to need on anything for the character you are on - you may ONLY greed/pass - even if that is the only character in the raid that can make use of an item.
Prior to the start of an activity when people are being asked to signup/join in - if it is stated prior to anyone 'signing-up' that the loot rules will be different or for a specific purpose, than those rules can be followed instead. An example would be a run mainly composed of a class type in order to better gear up an individual. This should not be the normal behaviour though.
Teamspeak
All Members are expected to have Teamspeak installed and working prior to the start of the Operation. You do not have talk as long as you can hear us.
