Congrats on the new role. You have always been a huge asset to INC and I hope you enjoy your new position. I think you brought so much to the community as an SR and I look forward to what more you can bring as MIR.

I may not be in INC any more - but I've seen this coming for a long time. Someone who has definitely shown all the characteristics of a good level headed leader will be a great asset in a position where he can make a big difference.
