I think you're right so have kept it in for now.

This is now the current list when a vote comes up or initiated. Remember though, if you have the ability to actually change a map yourself, it will show a different list, so avoid doing so and use the maps in current rotation :)

Some Casual Server updates:

Map votes are now working successfully this time. What you vote for at the end of the last round will actually be your nextmap :P You shouldn't get the 'Match Point' message again either interrupting your game.

Adminseeall chat now works too. Finally you can also go back to buying your armour now instead of it being given to you free. This was changed by Valves update but you now have the choice again.

There has been some good areas of GO updated with Valves recent update: http://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/2015/03/11734/

There is more to come so watch this space ;)

I was on it for a few hours yesterday with some others and again this morning. We've had about 200 or new people connect to the server since it's been up.

Ladies and Gents,

We are officially now supporting CS:GO alongside CSS.

I am also pleased to announce that we have CS:GO Deathmatch server (IP:81.19.212.150:27085). Something a little more competitive and enjoyable for all. At the moment it is only running Dust2 as the map irregardless of the map vote at the end, but this will be sorted in the next coming days. Other than that, it's 128 tic, rates same as our Casual GO server too :) Please do find the time to jump on and bring your fellow CS:GO buddies to get it used and populated!

All rules and guidelines including the trial process will remain the same. The only ruling that has officially changed or should I say will not apply to particular INC CS:GO servers i.e the Deathmatch server is the KPD limit for obvious reasons. Although we move towards a slightly more competitive scene, we had as a community in the beginning been exactly this. However, I know with our members and regulars that will be able to sustain the social and fun aspects found across all our servers. All rules with regards to behaviour still apply on GO like it did/does with CSS. You'll notice that some areas of the forum will have been amended to show we support CS:GO and a few more changes will be happening in the coming weeks. Also, a new INC Official Rules & Guidelines (v1.2) will be coming coming out also in the next day or so in keeping with INCs current direction.

We also have another GO server pretty much ready to GO (pun intended ;)) but I would like some thoughts from the rest of you as to what set up you'd like.

As it stands we have:

A CS:GO Casual (standard) Server which will be for those who do not wish to partake in competitive play, but also for events (soon to come). A CS:GO Deathmatch server, for some fun, sociable gaming but with a competitive edge. As for the third server, I've had some suggestions such as:

1v1 - sets up 2+ players in separate 1v1 arenas, when all the arenas are done fighting, the winners move up an arena and the losers move down an arena.

Demolition - a round-based mode that removes weapon and equipment purchasing, instead rewarding players who manage at least one kill by giving the next weapon in a predetermined set of weapons. After a second kill with that weapon the players are also rewarded a grenade (of a random type) along with their new weapon for the next round.

Arms Race (GO's version of GunGame) - a deathmatch-based mode where each player is rewarded for each kill with a new weapon, with the first player to get a kill with every weapon in a predetermined set winning the game.

If any of those take your fancy or you have any other suggestions, pop them here please with your thoughts as to "Why you think it would be good to have [X] gamemode for the server".

Finally, just to make it clear for those concerned, for as long as we are able to do so, we will be keeping the CSS servers going. There is no reason why we cannot support both (funds permitting). As you know these things don't just happen so naturally we always welcome any donations in show of support towards the community and it's resources ^_^

Happy gaming :)

Thanks Leon and Yellow :)
I do believe deathmatch is a good and logical next addition to our CSGO servers. For the third server I would prefer to see something not officially supported by CSGO, as armsrace and demolition is, even tho I love the demolition gamemode. As AR and Demo are supported it is very easy to get a game playing either using the matchmaking CSGO provides, so for me the next server I would like to see is the 1v1 arenas. I have played these servers a few times in the past and it brings a social competitive type of play into the mix. The standard server being very social, the DM maybe not so much (but good for warming up before competitive games) and the 1v1 is a bit of both. Its a place to improve your aim but the servers I have played in the past had a very chatty atmosphere. Some toxic as you can expect in competitive gamestyles, but also some fun and even helpful with gameplay improvement tips.

I do hope CSGO doesnt scare some members away, it is a very different game to CSS imho and can take some getting used to. But all it needs to become more social is hardwork from members to populate the servers and attract like minded players. In CSS INC was very much against mixing/competitive play but CSGO revolves around it, we all need to adjust and it will seem daunting at first but if we stick with it and work hard I believe INC can keep going for years to come. Even with the sad and inevitable decline in popularity of CSS :(

Woop Deathmatch! :D Hope we can get it populated. 1v1 would be a cool third server and it's pretty popular. Otherwise the other popular mode would be surf. But unsure how everyone feels about those. It's not combat surf like css anymore. More like surf timers.

Problem with surf, bhop or kz is its a totally different game/skill to master. Which some or most may not enjoy.

UPDATE:

Map voting now works on INC Deathmatch. Both servers are fully functioning. It would be great to see some people on supporting INC with CS:G0. I'll keep you posted with further updates on server no.3 shortly ;)

UPDATE:

Our 3rd CS:GO server is now up and running. We now have a CS:GO 1v1 Arena server. Server IP: 81.19.212.150:27105

If you are unaware of how this mod works, the server sets up 2+ players in separate 1v1 arenas (already created within the map), when all the arenas are done fighting, the winners move up an arena and the losers move down an arena. There are two main maps in play at the moment (more will be added in time and suggestions welcomed). These are am_loot and am_yard. There are 16 mini arenas on both maps so that we can support a full 32 slot server.

Also, BOTS are not in play on this server. You need equal players on the server in order for you to progress up or down, however if there is an uneven number, you simply sit in an arena until someone joins you.

If you type !guns, you will be able to select your own weapon preferences and match yourself with someone who wants to use the same sorts of set-up thus matching you to a fairly equal opponent. You can also state whether you would like to use AWPS, pistols or knives and it will take this into consideration when pairing you off.

Enjoy!
