As for myself im an ABA qualified coach, boxing is indeed a passion of mine.

I do quite a lot of boxing, not to actually box, I use it to get my hand speed up. I want to start fighting in Muay Thai and really need to get my and speed up.

Although the lad who I train with, and is effectively my coach for both Muay Thai and Boxing is about to turn pro in boxing him and his coach have said I should have a go at amateur so I might give it a go. it's not really my thing though.

Don't do MMA, it's a rip off. Do Muay Thai.

No, different people do Martial Arts for different reasons. I do it myself for self defence and fitness.

Was going to say if you wanted self defence out of it I wouldn't really go for Taekwondo (sp?)

my mate does judo it is unless for fighting unless the person lets u hold them.
jujitsu is good but my friend quit it as all u do is drill and u must learn the parts of the body (like nerves, vein and bones)

ku fung seems the best :-D
wats wrong with taekwondo u learn kicks for long range, punches medium range and elbow and knees for close range

Myself? 18.

Asked to coach based on my performance. I was put throught the needed ABA courses earlier this year.

As for a fight record from carded amatuer bouts, it currently stands at 8 wins(2 ko's) & 2 losses.
