Kath Ejected from INC and permbanned

Grandma im frustrated that my name seems to crop up on teh wrong occasions ...but i can assure you im 110% devoted to INC and your effort's that goes into it.

In my opinion it is clear that you are 200% devoted to INC snowy. Every time I talk to you on TeamSpeak, you start the "I work more hours than I would like... because I miss teh servers" line at least twice (and I don't mean that in a negative way ).

and I think (well... I'd almost say know) there are others out there that know that as well.

This 100% Snowy, don't worry pal, I know where you're at. Yours wasn't the only name mentioned that I know full well was not feeling or thinking as suggested. Not only had I spoken to those people but I know them well enough to know it wasn't in their nature.



Also: as a side note, I looked at that thread on her new community just now, saw there was at least one (non-member) of theirs who was concerned she may have posted in anger/rage and was concerned that bad blood may follow her there. I'm not going to create an account to say it there, but it'll not be the case. Hope they prosper as a community in whichever way they feel suits them.

Basically nobody needs to take this over to their forum/servers its been dealt with our end which is where it matters, much <3 for INC shame this had to happen but "DEMZ THA BREAKZ!!"

Tbh Kath always seemed like she wanted more out of INC, more abilities more friends and the like. I have to admit 90% of the time she was great fun to be ingame with. But things like this make you see a whole different side. It's the 10% that counts, people remember the bad times much more frequently than the good.

I don't want to add anything to what has already been said. Kath was at one time one of our members and wanted more out of the clan than could be given due to previous mistakes. Her responses are not only unfortunate but misleading. I cannot condone her actions following her discussions, and I wont be drawn into a debate about it. She WAS once a decent member of the clan, whatever changed is not up for discussion. If she wishes to join a new clan good luck to her.

Let the new clan decide about her, it's not for us to apply the clans views on other servers. Or to project a negative view about her here. She did more than make a mistake it was a complete f***up but that doesn't mean we have the right to screw her over. I don't think for a second Gran was in the wrong, but I dislike some of the people crawling out of the woodwork to complain. If she was that bad tell us before something like this happens! I know sometimes it appears bad but constructive criticism is welcomed, telling someone they are out of order avoids situations like this.

Basically good luck in the new clan and I hope you don't recreate any issues seen here!

kinda regret it but at the same time i do feel i was unfairly treated and that there was no effort to understand where i was coming from. Think i have found if far more frustrating that i had become upset and stressed about a game when i am already dealing with alot with my own health and family health. Its been hard and I suppose I have lashed out.
I send my apologies to everyone at INC incl. Grandma. Didn't want it to end like it has. Thought there would have been more of an understanding.
Im sure people can understand that when they feel they have been unfairly punished then they feel hard done by when something they were proud to have is taken from then all of a sudden without someone discussing this with them first.
I may have been warned but the only warnings i was aware of is one by bauer about the @@@ thing, which i admit i got carried away with, and the other was ordog who said something to me after i muted someone who was irritating without warning him. which i realised and apologised for... i forgot about the ability to mute from player list.
I can see that im not going to be missed and it seems I wasnt really liked by players such as Tixie who are bearly know.

Thanks for the apology Kath, can be something that is hard to do in this situation.

I can understand the frustration, which is why afterwards I took the time to spend a couple of hours trying to explain to you - like I did with everyone else who found themselves in the same situation. I did post up warnings in every possible manner prior to your situation, I even took the step to email every member of the community (only time that has ever been used in 5+years). I don't feel there was reasonably anymore I could have done to warn people more than I did. It is and has always been the case that all admin has been granted on the basis that it's only available as a privilege and not a right though, so whilst people have admin due to being eligible, they are not entitled to it, something that is being made far more clear forward.

Yeah Grandma,
I always believed that was the case anyway.
Think another reason I was upset is because I was made admin in 2008, and disappeared a few times and then I come back and there are new people with admin who got to keep theirs when mine was taken.
I realise now that it isn't really your fault that I didn't read the forum. I do this more these days than I did before. Alot more fun, and get to know people a lil better.
Again I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
My frustration has been misdirected.
I explaint to Tehyellowsnow tonight, if we speak again ill explain to you.
Worrying times is all I can say.
